States Attorney Joe Cassilly:  In her first term, Delegate Stifler immediately introduced legislation on Child Pornography and Sex-offender Registration and did the almost impossibe for a first term delegate;  she got them passed into law.  She demonstrated the ability to get things done in Annapolis.
